2020 was a hallmark year for Pivt. With the onset of the pandemic, 1 in 5 Americans have relocated or know someone who has due to COVID and their ability to work from anywhere. Companies have been forced to implement new types of benefits to prioritize employee well-being and address the negative ramifications of social isolation. Pivt is at the forefront of this initiative

Role Description 

At Pivt, people are our most important resource. Candidates for our Community Manager role will be taking on the task of acting as a highly skilled recruiter and educational resource for the enormous amount of people we will be bringing onto our platform. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in recruitment and/or human resource functions, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices. If you have a passion for discovering, nurturing, and training untapped talent with enormous potential, driving company growth, and helping individuals reach their optimal output capabilities, this is the role for you.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with company’s managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs 
  • Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle across a number of cities around the country, helping to locate, hire, and retain quality talent 
  • Live and breath “People. Process. Product.” in a way that is instantly scalable and easily replicated across the company 
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships while maintaining an ever-growing database of qualified talent 
  • Liaise with destination service provider(s) to onboard talent when relevant
  • Monitor engagement of Super Users on the Pivt platform
  • Act as the middle-point between Pivt Super Users and Pivt’s Senior Management Team to set expectations, metrics, compensation, and product updates 
  • Remain active across a suite of job boards and social network platforms to identify talent, plan and release job descriptions, and engage with suitable candidates on an ongoing basis 
  • Define and revise recruitment strategies alongside Senior Management Team
  • Travel requirements on an as-needed basis 


  •  Bachelor’s degree with a focus on hospitality, management, and/or HR leadership
  • Proficiency with content management and distributed communication systems
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and managing recruiting strategy 
  • Desire to use networking and social connections in an ongoing fashion to achieve business goals
  • Never ending desire to learn, self-educate, evangelize, and research
